These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OffRamp mobile application ("App") provided by Port Barley Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using OffRamp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

OffRamp is a wellness and habit-tracking tool designed to help individuals who are transitioning off GLP-1 weight loss medications. The App provides educational content, habit tracking, data visualization, and pattern analysis based on published clinical research.

2. Medical Disclaimer

OffRamp is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The information provided in OffRamp is educational and based on published clinical research.
  • OffRamp does not tell you to start, stop, or change any medication.
  • OffRamp does not have a doctor, dietitian, or medical professional on staff.
  • OffRamp does not make claims about preventing, curing, or treating any condition.
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication regimen.
  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

You acknowledge that any decisions regarding your health, medication, or treatment are made by you in consultation with your healthcare provider, not based on information from OffRamp.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use OffRamp. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Your Account & Data

OffRamp does not require account creation. There are no usernames, passwords, or online accounts. All data you enter is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, your OffRamp data may be accessed by others. We recommend using a device passcode and Face ID / Touch ID.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Free Tier

OffRamp offers a free tier with core tracking functionality including weight logging, hydration tracking, habit check-ins, and strength session logging.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features — including the Transition Intelligence Engine, trajectory comparison, cross-signal correlations, the early warning system, and the full habit builder — are available through a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple.
  • A free trial period may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the listed price.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5.3 Lifetime Purchase

A one-time lifetime purchase option may be available, granting permanent access to all premium features. This purchase is non-recurring and processed through the App Store.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OffRamp only for its intended purpose as a personal wellness and habit-tracking tool. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others
  • Misrepresent OffRamp as a medical device or treatment

7. Intellectual Property

OffRamp, including its design, code, content, educational materials, and the Transition Intelligence Engine, is the intellectual property of Port Barley Inc. All rights reserved.

The research citations referenced in the App are sourced from publicly available, peer-reviewed journals. We do not claim ownership of the underlying research.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OffRamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • The educational content is complete or up-to-date with the latest research
  • The analytics, correlations, or trajectory comparisons will be accurate for your individual circumstances
  • Use of the App will result in any specific health outcome

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Port Barley Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for health outcomes, loss of data, or reliance on App content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Port Barley Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of OffRamp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using OffRamp at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to premium features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
